I loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was close to the center without being crowded with tourists. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided me with helpful advice on what to do here. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities I needed, including a mini-bar and sitting area. I particularly enjoyed the pool with a view, and the restaurant had great food.

The hotel is located in a lovely neighborhood of Triana, not far from the bus station at Plaza De Armas. We found it close to attractions and within walking distance from the center of this city. The cleanliness of the rooms was really good, and the hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options including lactose-free and gluten-free choices. The staff was helpful and provided valuable assistance in planning our transportation.

Easy check-in, friendly staff, clean and quiet location across the river from main tourist spots but within walking distance. 15-20 min walk to attractions, or transport outside available. Nearby local cafes add to the authentic feel. Terrace suite with port view was a great upgrade. One-time loud music event was handled well by apologetic hotel.

It is within walking distance of the city center and offers easy access to a new shopping mall with international brands. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with amenities like robes and slippers provided. The breakfast at the hotel offers a wide selection of choices and the rooftop bar offers a lovely view.
One reviewer mentioned that they couldn't get refreshments between certain hours and there was no kettle in the room.
